I have purchased some vegetables on 26 June 2014 which included French Beans also. The price of French beans was not displayed anywhere. On bringing the items home I just went through the bill and to my surprise I have noticed that the price charged was Rs 180/ Kg. The same day it was mentioned in Times of India that the prices of fruits & vegetables are likely to go up in the Monsoon. A comparison was also indicated. French beans which is sold at Rs 45
may sore up to Rs.80-to 85. We depend upon your retail shops not for paying such an exorbitant price. I have brought this to the attention of the manager and he was also surprised to learn that the price in the system was 180/-. He told me to give a written complaint and he would look into this issue.
