Dear Attendant, This mail is to bring into your notice that reliance fresh is selling expired date thumps up and other brands of soft drinks and is place in between of new stocks so that consumer could not notice this kind of strategy of moving expired stock will not help this involves high risk for health for any human who can drink this by mistake. When we saw this we asked the cashier to call the store manager but store manager din come out of his office we explained the cashier to please keep all expired date bottles aside and not to sell but she was least interested in keeping that aside after half an hour we went to check again but it was kept as it is so we bought the bottles so that others should not buy. This is happen in a very premium locality of reliance fresh in CBD Belapur Sec- 20 i have the invoice and the bottles kept with and am writing to the concern authority so that the necessary action can be take to avoid this in future. Other Details: Invoice Date - 1st May 2014 CIN No: U01100MH1999PLC120563 Manufacturing date of Thumps up- 8/1/14 I Believe that reliance is majorly responsible for this kind of carelessness and equally coke there has to be regular audit from coke's team to avoid this type of ignorance. I as a consumer will avoid buying from reliance and will also alert my relatives, friends & family. Request you to kindly look into this matter and take corrective action.
