[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — improper refrigeration of dairy products

Location of store: Tukaram Javji road (old Chikhalwadi), Grant road west

1) Dairy products like milk, paneer, etc are not stored at optimum recommended temperature on the shelves. Therefore these products are very often bet spoiled. On more than two occasions, milk purchased at the store in the evening had to be returned as it curdled next day morning.

2)The storage problem is aggravated by poor air conditioning in the store. The main door is always open resulting in uncomfortable ambient temperature.

3) The store staff are casual, not attentive to the customers, they are reluctant to help, they are always chatting with each other or on the mobile.

4) Only one or two check out counters operate so at peak times customers have to wait in queues.
