I even also lodged earlier complaint on yr email ID <[protected]@reliancefresh.info> on 10th Aug.14, reminder thereafter but no response. To recapitulate,
I hold Reliance One card # [protected] and on a couple of times brought home bitter experience from yr store at Main Market, Subhash nagar, New Delhi-27. This time, on 9th Aug.14, while at counter produced both my Credit Card & Reliance-One card to generate cash memo. Unfortunately this counter's card machine was not functioning and the counter girl, turned to the next counter boy to generate cash memo (of Rs.753/17). Here also I produced both the cards but the boy though generated cash memo hastily but did not link the Reliance-One card. On questioning, he blamed on to that counter girl who failed to link Reliance-One card. I amazed to see both the staff were passing the blame on each other (for their failure to link Reliance-One card). In nut shell, I lost valuable points to my credit for the second time. If so desired, I may send the cash memo No.C9236 0019 S02059 R002 dtd.9/2/14.
