Many products kept on display on shelf of stores at Reliance Fresh outlet at Dabri Palam Road, Palam are not billed by the staff stating that the product is not available for billing. For instance, Zerrikk 88, a lubricant product kept on the shelf for a long duration cannot be billed and similarly, Cinthol soap (green label), if you take one piece for billing, it is informed that if you take four pieces product then only it can be billed.
