Reliance fresh time for vegetable morning time is to late for entering in store

We are waiting at least 20min til
08:20am not enter any person in store
Store manager is so rude

Vehicle for vegetable of reliance fresh already reache early
But to unload d all d vegetables after by 8:00am
It is to late other than other reliance fresh store

Today I purchased FG Deo from Relance Fresh Jayanagar 3rd block Bangalore but after billing I did not kept deo in my bag i.e by mistake I forget the deo in shop. So please let me know that how will get the deo or money back because I already paid the deo amount 225 /-.
