Reliance Fresh — Over charged

I purchased one glossary item from Reliance fresh and was over charged for that. The MRP was INR 160.00 and I was charged with INR 169.00 through my debit card. The lady on the counter just took my card and debited the amount. When complained, the staff was reluctant to pay back and or else offered me return the item which I did not want to do because I needed that item as it was available nowhere else nearby. Please advise how should I go about filing the complaint for this? I have the copy of bill with me.
