Dear Reliance Fresh,
This is the recursive mistake what Reliance Fresh, Bangalore - Jai Bharat Nagar branch does. I believe it must be happening at all stores.
Everytime I have to check my bill to see at least one product is over charged on MRP.
For instance, few weeks back I bought a snacks pack of Rs. 15 I was charged 20, when asked the manager, instead of correcting the bill, he asked me to pick something of Rs5.
Next, I bought some instant upma packet, they over charged Rs10 this time, when asked, they said take something of Rs 10.
So, the solution is to mistake in the bill and correct it by selling another product, that too if I notice my bill!???
For, 5-10 Rs I can manage to pick, what if I am buying more things?
Yesterday itself, they charged me Rs 45 for oats upma, where as the packet price is Rs. 40?
I am talking about here only person, like me there must be 100-1000 of people buying from Reliance Fresh. Can you imagine the margin of loss to common people and profit to your organization?
Also, store management is very poor. Come on we are in the world of hygienic level. The vegetables and fruit section literally looks like road side stores. On Milk and Curd packets we see dirty wet hand marks.
The employees should maintain, that much cleanliness at least!, They should either wash hands or use some gloves before keeping such things?
Finally, most of the employees working for the store are absolutely Rude. Even I worked in Super Market at some point, I know it is hard work, but being rude is not a solution.
Please take care of these points, I am also going to write the same email to [protected]@ril.com as advised by their Toll Free number agent.
