I bought Reliance wheat atta 5 Kg Worth Rs 149 on 8th December from Reliance Fresh outlet, Jayalakshmipuram, Mysore. 1st day we prepared poori and while eating we felt atta was not properly cleaned as everytime we were chewing we could feel “kharam kharam” sound coming from poori. After 4 days, when chapathi was prepared we felt the same “kharam kharam” sound coming from chapathi.
When wheat went to flour mill either it is not properly cleaned or some dust particle was there.
When I went to Reliance Fresh outlet and informed the same but they are not ready to take responsibility for it and asked me to contact customer care.
All these days I was buying Shakti Bhog atta from reliance outlet. Only this time I switched to reliance atta because of the price within 150 & non availability of shakti Bhog. Being a middle class person these small things looks big for me. I felt cheated by this
Just for mere 149/-, I don’t want to go to consumer court. Please let me know how are you going to resolve this issue and what need to be done from my end to get justice.
