Reliance Fresh — transaction declined but amount debited

I was a regular customer at reliance fresh in hyderabad (Malkajgiri)..in last 1 month there are three times double billing done through credit/debit cards at the counter. After transaction the amount was shown as declined but already got message in registered mobile as deducted. When i convey the same to the manager named k. Sridhar ([protected]), he said that the amount is not reflected in the system. I showed him the debit message also still he insisted on deducting again.
This happened with me 3 times in last 2 months. I just wanted to know whether reliance is now engaged in a new business like this double billing every time without refund.
Now reliance has become fraud and hopeless. Moreover the illiterate managers are there who steal away money from customers rather than helping them.
Previous complain number[protected].
Previous amount 256 & present amount 991. Immediately revert my amount to the account. I find reliance fresh is worthless. Its better to go for big bazaar or tharuni. They have superb service. At least they do not make money by cheating customers.

I have purchased fruits and vegetables from Madipakkam.Chennai reliance fresh super market for Rs:573.33rs on[protected].I tried to pay through paytm but transaction got declined but money deducted from paytm wallet.when I have asked about this the manger told me that your money will automatically refund in paytm.when I contacted paytm team they have said payment was successful and contact reliance store.now reliance manger says that they have contacted Mumbai head office. For the past one week I am trying to get payment but I didn't get the same .I have been purchasing from this outlet for the past 10 years. This is the worst experience I have faced.
