This is regarding service at the Reliance Fresh outlet at Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.The outlet is always short of staff. There is usually only one billing person who also doesnt know his job well so takes very long to make the bills.
On 02.12.14, I had gone to buy butter from the store and I was waiting in line for billing. The lady before me wanted to pay by credit card but the billing person took almost 15 minutes but still could not make the bill. so she eventually paid by cash. All this already took about 20 minutes and I was right behind her with 3-4 people waiting behind me also.
Inspite of seeing the line the staff who was billing took the products by a man who was not in the line, who had just arrived near the counter, made his bill first and took his payment. This was very wrong so I protested but the billing staff took it very casually and said "madam aapka bhi ab kar deta hoon". I said I was waiting for last 20 minutes in the line and u just billed that man's stuff who has just arrived which is absolutely wrong I refusedto buy anything from such a store. And the other staff standing there said "let her go".
I just want to bring this to your notice that this is not an isolated incident. The standard of service at this particular outlet is always poor. My experience going there has always been bad but this particular incident was absolutely shocking and intolerable. I hope you do something about it. Was this information helpful? |
