Reliance has horrible customer service and a real rubbish application. This year on 3 occasions the reliance app has showed the call being routed through the local dialer but instead my At&T network was being used. This has caused me $157 from AT&T for 2 calls last week and about $67 in February of 2014.
I sent them my bills in February on their email ID after the representative i spoke to on the phone said i should send my statements to them and they would take care of it.
8 months since then, nothing has happened. Their email id wont receive emails anymore.
Upon submitting a customer service request online for last week's issue, the customer service representatives Mustafa and his senior Sunil said that they could not do anything to help me. This is clearly a shortcoming from reliance. Mustafa still attempted to help. Sunil on the other hand was not helpful at all.
