I bought a ring on 10th February and my family didn't liked it...so within 2-3days we visited Durgapur branch. They are claiming that the product is used and multiple scratches are there so we cannot change it and also they don't have the karigar so visit next day..and another thing is when we purchased the thing they didn't go for quality check but while we r returning the product they took it for QC...So how will I know that it was not damaged earlier or Reliance is making so cheap product that within 1hr product will damage or have scratches????
I'm wearing my engagement ring 4yrs from Tanishq it's still the same ...
So be careful while selecting a brand whose management is so poor ..
