Good Evening.
I am writing this complaint to highlight the issues faced by me at Reliance Jewels store, Punjagutta. So I would like to bring to your kind notice that after frequent complaints to the Reliance Jewels regarding the gold ring issue at Punjagutta store room they were unable to repaired the ring. It’s a deep agony that being such a global company, a certain amount of professionalism that is expected from the company and its staff are very irresponsible and no proper knowledge as my experience has been utterly horrible.
I had purchased an engagement ring for my wife in November 2016 and loses its stone on the gold after wearing a couple of times. This is the kind of quality of the jewelery that the company provides.When I went to the store for the repair after sale service that was provided by the staff was far worse. The staff at the store are so unprofessional and having half knowledge related to the quality checking. I don’t think that any of the staff member having good knowledge. They don’t consider their fault, instead saying that the fault from the customer side.
It's with deep regret that I'm writing this complain against the Reliance Jewels store manager, Mr. Dharmjeet singh and its staff. I went to the show room with the complaint. They repaired it but the next day the stone comes out of the ring and I went to the show room again but it did not worked out. In this way I went to the show room 6 times in a span of 45 days leaving my work behind and they wasted my precious time and energy. Finally, they told me that the article would be sent to Mumbai to the testing center for the analysis of the reason to find out the discrepancy. They asked for time duration of around one month for the problem to be rectified. It took more than 55 days but they are unable to rectify it saying that its due to other reasons it cannot be put back the stone on the ring and refused to give the money back to me.
This is complete breach of trust and fraud with the customer. Either refund the full amount or I will file the police complaint against the Reliance Jewels and the store manager.
My ring is still with the store manager.
Please find the attached receipts along with this complaint for your kind perusal.
If strict action not taken, then action will be initiated against each of you.
I want my full payment without any deductions.
