Reliance Jewels — Regarding size issue

Today I visited your reliance digital shahjahanpur store from where I purchased bangles last week.. I visited there to exchange the bangles as their size was small. When we asked them they said size is not available so we started exploring new designs on a bigger size. We purchase more than 5 lakh last week so our discount is 25% now they told us to do billing again due to which our discount reduce to 10% which is totally loss to us .. they even force us to do new billing again by saying that they will return our whole money as it is which was paid earlier for bangles.. as today is last day and they deliberately not exchange our product now we request u either provide our product on our desired size else provide us the another product on our 25% discount rate.. it is serus concern as we have wedding on few days and we have to do our exchange as early as possible..
