Reliance Jewels — Ring

Its very disappointing regarding the product i have purchased on the date[protected] that was a diamond ring. And the product was defected with in the day as i took it. And have immediately informed the reliance jewels( Rajpur rd ) to the Saurabh. And i just returned the ring to the store on[protected]. They gave me the various dates for the pickup of the product. I have visited the store for multiple times but never got the product. And switched to multiple others date. Its to hard to see such behaviour. Till now I haven’t received any alternative solutions for the problem.
Its hard to see you in future.
