I bought silver bracelet from reliance jewels in reliance trends store bandra west, mumbai on 28th may’19. Bracelet was not the only thing i bought, altogether in a stretch of two days i bought gold & silver jewellery worth rs1.5lakhs.
As soon as i reached home and tried the bracelet it broke from center. I called the bandra number of mr jayanti[protected]) on the spot within half an hour of purchase, he told me to go to store and assured me that i will be helped.
As i reached the store in evening (Within 3hrs) i was denied of any help and was told we cannot help you in any way. They made me speak to their manager ‘ashwini suta’ on phone. Her tone was already on a higher note and she argued with for quite somete. The thing which hit me the most was, as i asked her that if your product breaks within 10mins of purchase is that my fault or yours? And she replied that it is your fault and you’re to be blamed for the product and said we cannot help you so please take the product with you, straight to my face on a high pitch. There is a certain way a manager should confront a customer. I told her that she is very unreasonable and i won’t speak to her.
After a lot of phone calls by the store ppl and sincere help by the bandra number (Jayanti) i initially spoke to, i was helped and exchanged the product.
After putting up a lot of fight i was finally helped but my complain here is against the manager (Ms. Ashwini) and the way she speaks to a customer who is a fairly regular customer. I request you to see into this matter and give your managers the needed trainings.
