Shocking experience with reliance jewelry... For every employee of reliance,
Senior employee should have some courtesy as i had worst experience with reliance for very first day of my job... As i was selected for cashier for sirsa showroom and we were approached to attend training so we reached there... There. Mr sumit told us that accomodations and address will be told by the showroom staff but they denied as we have to adjust ourselves and later after 5 mints they told us that they haven't, any information given by sumit about training... And their store was haven't launched yet. After some time we are told to unwrap the chairs and clean the counters... We decided to leave but one of superior said we will provide the stay so don't go and continue ur training we agreed then mr. Rakesh came asked very arrogantly to clean the counter again with cloth n colin i denied as said m not comfortable to do so he asked me to put resignation for which i wasn't in favour of... I wrote my resignation and left the store around 8 pm... I had fever that day... But i must say upper authority and hr should have taken concern about such matter... I was told to do job which wasn't mention in my appointment letter... And that too very arrogantly... If they want to do such job they have mention in my interview or a humble sentence should be there but the way superior treated us was not acceptable and not good... I must say they should work on their hr policy and a proper concern to every employee should be given... I[censored] r concern about ur employee... An employee goes with such dreams and it is painful to crash them like this.. Hr and upper authority should take proper actions for future... I wish u luck.
