Important and Urgent for all senior
I am your valuer customer from last 4 years, Multiple product purchase with Hazaratgunj, Lucknow branch and recently with Agra and Mathura store but recent one worse level of experience received from Mathura Reliance Jeweler store.
I have purchased one earring at Agra Reliance trends store and for same product i have ordered Pendel set with Mathura store. In starting i have paid Rs.5000 advances for that product booking on 29 //11/2023 and received as call on 07/01/2024 for your product ready at store.
I have discussed with sale person for receive that product within 2-3 days once my relative visit at store and paid balance amount and same confirms by your sale person for ok no issue.
One my relative visit at your store on 10/01/2024, your cash/Billing person clear misbehavior like not hand over product to my relative, i have discuss on call also confirm that my relative carry my ID Card and payment process with my account only than what issue but your casher not allow.
One simple question with you, if this one is your internal policy to not handover product to relative after confirm by me than how Rs.5000 receive advance with my staff and on advance payment date i am not visit at store just discuss on phone and my staff paid advance in his account and bill generate with my name.
2nd thing how this internal policy not aware to sale team for how they confirm me multiple time for not an issue for receiving product by relative.
My relative also angry on me why he waits half hour at store and such nonsense discussion with casher for not hand over product to relative, even 82% product price paid by him.
This product urgent for me to given present to my relative's marriage function, so i have arranged a car to visit at Mathura store on same day, paid Rs.3000 to car owner and received product. I am living at Agra at clearly communicate to sale person at the time of order that product. These 3000 amounts are extra cost for me and i am waste 4 hours during visit.
This is complete use less service from Reliance, In future not interest to buy single product with Reliance with such service. I am working in Bank and know how to handle customer and what is customer service.
