I purchased one diamond bracelet from Reliance Jewels, Satyanagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. After using of 2 days one diamond got detached, so i asked the showroom for repair but they offered me to exchange the product and buy another one with same or higher price. Hence i again purchased another bracelet which also broke after using 3-4 days. So i again raised a complaint abd asked them for repair. They assured me to repair the product within 45 days and once the product would be repaired they would inform me to get the product but i didn't receive a single call within this 45 days. On the 46th day i reached the showroom and asked them for my product and they replied me that the product has been returned as it was not a repairable product. I asked them why didn't they inform me about this within these 45 days and why should a customer wait for 45 days and at the end receive this kind a reply but they had no answers. They offered me to purchase another one with same price but they have not that much ornaments with same weight of my choice, so i asked him if i can purchase the jewellery from another reliance store, they replied me to choice a jewellery from another reliance store and send a picture of that with tag so that they can take the jewellery to their shop and then bill it. I agreed but due to my hectic schedule i was not able to go to another store and choice anything so i decided to purchase from that store only and visited them on last sunday. And also choose one jewellery but they had some internet issues on that day due to which they failed to bill it and asked me to come the next day. So i visited today on 20th march 2023 to purchase the final product. But as always they denied me saying they have send a mail to their head office regarding the issue first. I asked why didn't they inform me about this process yesterday, why should i come to the showroom on almost every weekend when the fault was their's. They argued with me to not to bill the jewellery and they'll inform me whenever the mail will be replied.
They have my broken bracelet also and now my money got stucked with them. The gold price is also rising day by day. Kindly help me regarding this issue.
