Reliance Jio Infocomm — amount deducted from bank but recharge not done

I have done recharge for Plan Rs. 349/- for 70 days from my Jio No. [protected] (TARUN KUMAR NATH) to my wife Jio No. [protected] (TANUSHREE NATH) by using My Jio App through Net Banking vide Transaction ID no. NSBI[protected]IGADRYMJS6 dated 10/06/2018 at 11.39 p.m.. The said amount deducted from my bank account instantly but no recharge have done in Jio No. [protected] (TANUSHREE NATH). I did a call to customer care and also visit My Jio store on 11/06/2018 but they could resolve my problem. Till now deducted amount not refunded and also recharge not done.

I got a text saying that i have used 90% data for the day that hast just started 6 minutes ago and i was just chatting on whatsapp. How is this possible to use 1 or 1.5 gb data in just 6mins with just whatsapp texts. This is disappointing.
