I buy flame 1 mobile phone on 5th august but its not working from that day
& care executive are not able to repair & they are not ready to replace it
Since i call some number from jio always i get the reply as these routes all line are busy and when i try with another number on first attempt my line get connected. Regarding this i called 199 from last two days they are not receiving the call sine one hour i am trying but they are not receiving the call.
Jio is deliberately creating shortage of sim .digital reliance store are not cooperting to people for sim.jio s spreading false massage .when will get sim?people are wandering here and there.creating jio black market.sim are selling in black market instead of at reliance store.mukesh ambani give solution.

    For last 12 days i am facing n/w issue in my location. I have logged a complaint (SR000000EQD9) and no one ever bothered to response on that. When requested customer care to provide and update and provide me the contact details for escalation, they simply ask to wait for some days. If the can not handle such small number of complaints with limited user base, how do they goona manage in future. A truly poor n/w and worst customer care.

      Hii sir/mam, this is vinod I'm an android developer and I want your sim for testing speed but I own Redmi Note 3. I know you have removed the glitch but somehow I managed to get barcode yesterday after so much hardwork. Now store manager is not providing me sim, they are asking for lyf or Samsung phone. It's not my fault but yours that your updated app still can be used to get barcode. I have my barcode I want my sim, your technical problem isn't my business. I want my sim I worked hard to get the barcode and I'm an android developer I know how to get around such things and now I have the barcode generated yesterday and I want mt sim now. Send me an email or something that I can show in the store to ensure that you've reviewed my request and accepted it. Be a good provider and if mistake is yours then accept it, I got my barcode I want my sim. Send me confirmation as soon as possible. I want to test your network in sonipat. I simply can't buy a phone to check your quality of service in our area thats why I found a way to get barcode on your latest updated app and that's something you should appreciate and further improve your app to avoid these things but as I've mentioned I've done it so I want my jio sim.

        I am not getting a remarkable speed of 4g. it seems that i am still using 2g or 3g. i am getting a max speed of 200kbps and a cannot make a call too. whenever i try to connect to internet either it starts with a low speed or it doesn't connect to the internet. i am facing this problem from many days. please kindly get solution as fast as u can.

          Sir, i have taken reliance jio sim on thursday on 28.07.2016 from reliance centre sangrur, punjab. The representative assured me the sim will get activated by today itself or maximum by friday. On saturday i called the centre, after 10-15 calls he picked up the phone and assured me the sim will get activated by monday. But on monday the sim did not get activated. So i personally visited store today i. E. On tuesday, he again assured me that sim will get activated today. But again sim did not get active. I am public sector employee and the representative is harrasing. You are requested to look into the matter do the needful. The number given to me is [protected].

              Main jio ki sim lene gya toh mene employees se bola ki muje koi choice ka no. dedo aur bais krne lga aur mna kr diya
              Chlo thik hai muje mna kr diya but uske pehchan mein koi ladies use choice ka no. de diya yeh kha ki insaniyat hai
              Apne pehchan ko toh dete hai
              Dusro ko mna krte hai
              Yeh acchi bt nhi hai
              Aur galat salat bais krne lga
              it has been the worst experience with reliance jio.The network is not working properly since begining and after complaining several times, the problem is not yet resolved.

              Last night i took out the sim from lyf handset and again inserted it back, but the set is not responding now.The display goes off within seconds and i am now unable to access it.The set was purchased only 2 months back and it has started creating problem.Would you please help me out...???

                Data of mobile no. 7011202124 is not working

                I purchased a wind 5 lyf mobile set from reliance digital xpress mini shop no. 11 gandhi nagar ghaziabad on[protected]. they give me set and sim mobile no. [protected]. after televerification no. started working on next day saying that it is an unlimited plan. but unfortunately after two days after getting 2 gb exhausted, data is not working. i have visited the same store, they are not rectifying the problem.

                  Hello, i am using coolpad note 3 lite, and i have downloaded myjio app, after downloading i got the coupon code that can be availed for jio sim, but company is refusing to provide sim as the executives are saying that your phone is not eligible for the jio preview offer, if my phone is not eligible why i got the coupon code to get the sim. So poor of jio....

                  Very poor service.. Cheap product and cheap customert service.

                  I bought new [protected] and register number [protected] with handset with plan of voice and data unlimited for next 3 months.

                  To my surprise after using for 2gb it says ur pack is exhausted now. Logged a complaint with customer care and they assured resolution in 48 hrs.

                  To my surprise after 36 hrs i get to know that technical team rejected my request as it didn't had my voice recorded. I don't think it's my fault but still i am suffering. New ticket logged again and need to wait another 48 hrs.

                    According to reliance, the offer was unlimited usage of internet data (4g), national and local calls and sms. Roaming also was offered free. This offer is for specially samsung mobile users. I use samsung galaxy note 5 duos. My handset is valid for the offer.
                    I availed the offer as guided by the reliance jio customer care and submitted all the formalities to digital mini sotre. And got the simcard.
                    Initially when i checked in my jio application, i got only 2 gb data, 100 minutes call and 100 sms availed to me.
                    When asked, the store keeper told me that it will get updated as you use.
                    I was like it's okay..
                    After i used 2 gb data, which i was availed initially, there was a message on the screen saying, "you have exhausted of 2gb data pack, recharge."

                    I cout acted the customer care. I was told that we will lodge the complaint regarding it, which they did. Complaint no.: sr000000cum9

                    I was assured, complaint will be resolved within 48 hours..

                    Now it's over 48 hours to complaint and 72 hours to activation of sim. And on contacting customer care, they are not giving proper reply at all. Only explaining 1 single process all time which i had done previously after tele verfication of sim... But continue to explain it... And again after 48 hours when i dialled the customer care they said that they updated complaint and its again i have to wait for 48 hours..
                    Fake promises and slow service of reliance...
                    I have received one reliance jio sim yesterday at Jorhat branch, Head office. The employee of that office told me that my sim will be active by yesterday evening but till this period, my sim is not active. is it really work of 4G or making us fool by giving false promise.
                    This is really a worst mobile service ... i m facing same speed problem from day 1st .. but all customer care are well trained to diverting the main issues, they misguide all the time..., my 2 days average speed is 981Kbps, my jio no. - [protected] ... and this is current status of my jio speed

                      I think reliance jio unlimited 4g offer is just a mean to sell the lyf phone which i would have not bought otherwise in any case. I got ok speed for 2 days, something like 13 mbps on speedtest, which is actually comparable to 3g. And now from two days i have been getting speed of around 1 mbps. Speedtest screenshot attached.                         Its been a week since i have taken flame 2 reliance jio mobile. I had taken the mobile on 16 july and sim has not been activated yet. This is my complaint number: sr000000cgyz. There is no response even from customer care now. Seems like i have been cheated or fooled. Everyday i call them and they say that sim will be activated by evening. What should i do.. Please provide some suggestions.
                        I want to take new Reliance Jio handset with 4g connection sim of reliance, but the company persons are not accepting my E Adhaar card as a ID proof, they say in reliance jio company norms E Adhaar card is not eligible " but our Indian government has issue E Adhaar card as ID proof then why they are not accepting * what should I do,

                          I purchased lyf and reliance jio sim from reliance digital housar road banglore on 19 july noon. I was told the sim will get activated within few hours.
                          Till date it has not happened.
                          On calling reliance digital they say there work is to sell and had forwarded my papers.
                          I fell cheated by these people. If this is there behavior before commercial launch than what will happen later.
                          I will now never ever go for reliance jio.

                          Last evening at 9:15 pm from[protected] telling me he was from reliance Jio and my sim will get activated today but till now it has not.today is 6th day hope now it will get activated today .
                          got an preview offer on my new Samsung galaxy note 5 mobile and when I accepted the offer a barcode is saved in my mobile with instruction to carry a id proof and address proof (Adhar Card as accepted proof) to visit the nearest store. I visited the reliance express mini at Sector 32, chandigarh, they told to bring a printout of barcode whereas nothing was mentioned in jio app. Also they said to bring original Adhar Card for verification, I try to conveince a lot that this E Adhar Card Print and is equally valid as original. This is as good as original but they haven't time to understand or hear and given their senior no. [protected]. I called in many times but every time he didn't reply.

                          Very very poor service and untrained and unprofessional staff. I'll never visit the reliance stores again in future. Same conditions as were in earlier Reliance Webworlds. Very untrained staff.

                              I have a problem of network (Signals) and problem of speed
                              When the sim is given to me i have been told that i get unlimited 4g but i am not even getting the speed of 3g.Network are not stable. The speed i get is in kb it is in between 100 kb to 600 kb and sometime it stuck to 100kb to 300kb. Is this the speed o[censored]r 4g

                              The level of fraud is crossed when the tell you to check the speed in a software known as speedtest is shows you the speed of 30 mb/sec

                              My complaint no. Are sr000000bldr & sr000000brfl and the network team asked to resolve the problem. One person call me and asked about my problems. Then afterwards i got a message that my problem is resolved. Without asking me that is my problem is solved or not.

                              Now i am registered with the complain no. Sr000000d0g9. Hope this time my problem is solved

                              I also should get compunsation of some extra days as my time is wasted due to your bad service of customer care & network department
                              When i started using jio network i got problem with weak network and data and register a complain about it and they said the problem will resolve in 90 days and even after 90 day the customer care called and said that you have to wait for another 120 day to resolve and can't guarantee that it will resolve in 120 days jio haven't been really any help to me all they said is lie
                              I m not giving any rating becos.jio ki rating ke layak aukat nahi hai.dec.2017 se complaint kiye ja raha hu speed ki aaj tak koi solution nahi.har baar 120 din ka time dete hai or papers m h site install hojati hai.bakwas.sabse apeal hai band kar do jio ko.my jio no.is [protected]
                              My problem is network in indore rau and rangwasa because we should not used the internet by this network problems.

                                It has been almost 72 hr past but no information recieved by me related activation of my sim. It is a hall of shame for reliance for this type of service. The retailor has told me after 48 hr the sim will be activated but nothing has done. I doesn't know whether the activation process has started or not. My reliance jio no is [protected].                                     I have purchased wind 1 phone on 14 july 16 in gorakhpur kunragarh, rakesh mobile centre, 273008. i have given the proof of identity (adhaar card and local posting strength certificate). still now my sim is not activated and raised the complaint no sr000000bpy5. my sim card rejected due to mismatch in documentation as i submitted my proper proof of identity. i bought the phone 7 days before and iam unable to use the lyf jio phone. so please do the needfull in activation my jio sim.
