Dear Sir/Madam,
My Jio number is [protected] and its last active date was 11th Feb 2022 and I didn’t recharge due to some emergency situation.
When I tried to recharge on 8th May (Where 90 days are not complete from the last active date) no was made inactive (on 15th April) without any notification or intimation.
When contacted Jio support they were not supported in answering about the grace period( which I believe its 90 days) and never responded to my mails.
Kindly request you to intervene in getting my Number back!
