I Cancelled my connection on 25th April 2022, my device picked up on 2nd May 2022. When the technician was picking up my device, There was no option to enter bank account in his phone. Technician didn’t ask me about my bank account.
My bank account was not taken from me during that time . He just took the OTP from me and left without asking me my bank account number .
And I haven’t got the refund yet in my Original mode of payment.
When i complained about it to the customer care representative, they told me that “The amount will be credited to the account given by you at the time of returning the device”.
While no bank account was taken from me.kindly, provide me any link or something so that i can fill my bank details to get the money back.
