3rd April I leave message ‘Start 0’ on 1909
On 24th May I call customer care to complain about Marketing call, the executive took details of calls and committed 7days time to get it resolved.
13th June I call again to complain about the same and the executive tells me that DND is not active would ask me to get it activated via IVR.
SMS activation didn’t work
Executive didn’t inform me about right problem on 23rd May
13th June I am being asked to start the process again.
