On 2nd June 2022 i booked an Order of jio fiber with order id NO0000LRX11J. The sales person sended me a link for online payment. I used paytm upi app to transact, amount got deducted from my bank account and transaction was successful from paytm Side. But i got message from jio that the transaction was unsuccessful and the sales person confirmed that he has not received the payment, so he sended me a link again and i transacted the same way this time he received the payment. Both the transactions were of same amount 4240.92 . The reason behind writing this complain is that i talked with jio customer care they told if any double debit has happened then money will be refunded within 10 days but till today i have not recieved my fund back. Now when i am calling them they are saying that they have not received the amount whereas my bank is saying that the payment was successful. I will be attaching the proofs in this complaint.
