I am using several JIO sims under corporate plan. I have to recharge the wallet before I can recharge the sims. I recharged the wallet on 02 Dec with amount 5000 and after that recharged my 4 sims with amount 179, 179, 179, 358 so there must be balance of Rs.4100 but it became zero.
I lodged complain thru mail to JIO on 13th Dec. They gave service request SR00001FZ9II. It seems that they are not interested to solve the problem. When I wrote further to JIO again I was given a service request SR00001G3KZ5 dated 19 Dec 22.
All the time JIO representative asks for screen shot of payment given, balance amount showing on portal etc.
I have wasted my hours due to fault of JIO. JIO representatives are so dull that they took 10 days to understand my problem.
Is JIO not looting public money by deliberately having fault in its software?
I think it is policy of JIO to harass so much to the complainant that they will stop complaining.
