Reliance Jio Infocomm — i have deactivated the connection but refund is still not processed

Hi sir,

Dates of incident - 31st december'2019, 16th december'2019, 3rd january'2020
Desirable resolution - refund

My jio fibernet connection is registered with the number +[protected], i have given a deactivation request on 15th december 2019. Initially they have given an appointment to collect the router and provide the refund, however it did not happen. I had again made complaints 3 times similarly. When i call the customer care, even after me talking to them politely, they just keep me on hold and don't allow me to talk to any supervisor.

This has been a repeated request and nearly 3 times because of their false schedule i have got loss of pay in my company where i am working. Jio still has not even called once to come and collect the router and provide refund as promised.
