[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio fiber installation not done even after completing payment

I have registered for my jio fibernet account and paid for the installation a very long time ago(on[protected] and no one has come yet for installation.This is the worst service i have ever seen. The person who registered for my jio account never picks up my calls or gives a proper response.It’s been 5 days but no proper reply from the team.I even tried calling their manager who is worse than his team member he even spoke rudely to me that we weren’t giving him time to arrange for the installation. I don’t get what he is saying, is 5 days not enough or what????.I have never seen such a bad team.I think jio has to take severe actions over such matters. We invest in their company in the hope of getting good service but here they don’t even respond properly. I hope they never repeat this again and give value to your customers. they aways emil same message I apologize for the delay in activation of the JioFiber services. Installation of your JioFiber connection has been put on hold as per your request. You would have received an SMS on your RMN informing you about the same. Our team is trying to provide the connection at the earliest, we will keep you updated on the same through SMS. I request you to reconsider your decision regarding cancellation and elaborate the issue you are experiencing to assist you better. Awaiting for your response.
