I have called jio customer care about 15 times from Saturday 10.12.2022 regarding internet issue they haven’t bother to take a complaint after multiple calls they have taken complaint on 12.12.2022 complaint number SR00001FX9DC while booking appointment jio customer care executive committed the engineer will visit the residence and query will be resolved by 12.12.2022 noon 12-1.30 pm but no response after which i called up jio again they rescheduled the appointment 5-6.30 again there is no response again i called up jio again they rescheduled the appointment 7-8.30 again no response after which i got agitated and contacted jio again they regretted their mistake and again appointment rescheduled on 9- 10.30 but still there is no response from any personnel
This type of service is embarrassing and even iterative followups the customer is resulted with no resolution but fatigue
3 days before every due date we are getting reminders for payment but while redressing a query the service remains a misery
Keeping customers in the dark and agitating them doesnt serve the purpose
Team kindly look into it and do the needful
