Hi,
My Jio fiber connection got installed on 24th March 22 end and soon after testing it for 7-8 days I requested for the uninstallation in the free trial period as I was facing some issues in my locality. I called JIO customer care number and followed all the processes as explained by the executive, they promised that soon the device and blank cancelled cheque will be picked up from my location and the refund process would start.
Since then it has been more than 60 days that I am getting SMS and mails from JIO on regular basis such as "UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000L8HRUE is scheduled on[protected] : 14:00:00." for the uninstallation but no one turns up from JIO to pick the device and refund of my amount.
Please do the needful.
