[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Point — DOE not updated on EPFO website even after 2 months

I am a former employee of Reliance Smart Point, Beach Road, 2531.
My name is Vishnu K (Employee code:[protected]. I'm preparing for public service examination so won't be working for a while. I couldn't withdraw my PF amount as the DOE is not updated. HR provided me with this email id:rrl.[protected]@zmail.ril.com, which says unknown. My UAN no.[protected]. I need help getting this fixed. Thank you.

I tried another email address in a mail I recieved during the resignation. I just checked in the EPFO website and it was all cleared. Thank you.
