bought a pair of catwalk shoes at the bandra mall hill road 30th august 2014. no doubt it was on sale but after one wear the toe area started peeling off... this is catwalk and sales person gave big talks of it being rough and tough shame shame for a company is reliance.. clothes not good quality.

    I visited to your stores in city center mangalore I really surprised to note that the behaviour of your Customer service person on my small issue It forced me to stop purchasing from Reliance Retail as a whole I am non residence Indian visiting to city center twice a year.         Hi Team,

        I have received two coupons value 500 each (from HDFC credit card redemption reward) yesterday i went to Reliance Trend at Thakurpur, i purchse 1400/- product's and wanted to redeem my 1000value coupon(500*2) but the concern excutive redemmed only one coupon saying that the second coupon is not working.

        Now this is really unfortunate that only one coupon redemmed and 2nd one not redeemed.
        however i didn't proceed further, and asked them to back my coupons.

          Hai, I had purchased one DNMX jeans from Reliance Trends-Kollam-Kmall and since its length is more i raised for reducing the length.They told me that they don't have such options and when i said i am a regular customer and i got it done during similar cases earlier the customer executive came up with the floor manager, he told me that their machine is faulty and demand Rs30 more so that he will make it done from outside. Since its billed(Plu[protected] i took it, but in future i wont get cheated and not make any of my friends to feel it. But thanks to that guys, I left the shop and am able to experience another good brand... Please avoid such instances, otherwise will loose more customers. Rgds Manesh Madhu [protected]

            Hi, I bought many dresses for my family from Relience Trendz Chennai, Adyar and Kottivakkam shop, The experience I got is worse. Most of the product outsourced from Bangladesh, Colour quality is too poor and after one wash the colour is destroying the dress and is not in condition to wear outside. My humble request is to check the product before selling to customer, it is worthy or not. Do not destroy your brand.

              i had bought a top from reliance trends, kammanahlli bangalore on 17/08/2014. The clothes which i purchased were on a sale ( 50% off). i wanted to exchange the top since it was not fitting me, but when i went to the stores on 22/08/2014 they refused to exchange my top stating that the sale was over.. i just wanted to exchange the size.. it was very disappointing since it was just the matter of changing the size. They had stated the reason that the sale was over, on the contrary there was a 50% off board put on the entrance

We have inquiry but problem was that no any camera was installed on that counter. Within a one minute my Purse was missed from that place and we had Lost our money.                   We had purchased apparels worth Rs.1696.80 from reliance trends on 16.07.2014. we had swiped my debit card for the amount. I had recd a message from bank for the amount debited. but the transaction slip was not recd. So Sachin the cashier at vivana malla outlet said to swipe the card again. But then again i recd the SMS from bank of amount debitted intimation. so the amount was debited twice. After several calles and follows on 16.08 they said to collect the amount from the store. also they were not ready to cooperate. they wee rude. Junaid manager. Sachin Cashier

                    I went to buy on Aug 2, 2014 my babies garments at reliance trend new shop, back to pantaloons in ranchi. there were big adv's of great offers were everywhere. I had to catch the train. no time. but because of offers, i entered into the shop. n after spending one hour i chosen some cloths. when i went at the cash counter, i was surprised to know that due to technical reasons, no discounts were given to me. I asked for the complain register, they declined to give saying they donot have. when i insisted for that, mr alok jha, [protected] gave me a small notepad to write my complain. i was forced to paid the full bill. no call got from reliance trends. such a big infrastructure but no work ethics or professional attitude. SHAME. 3-4 thousand RS doesnot matter. but that day, i missed my train because of time argued for my rights. i forced to go to raipur by my taxi. i advise everone not to visit the store.                       Dear Sir/madam, On 17th August 2014 I purchased garments at Reliance Trends Ambattur Chennai vide Cash memo number U01100MH19999PLC120563. Among the purchased garments one Basic brand shirt S size had been billed. But actually M is my correct size and this S size shirt will not be any use to me.All other garments are OK. Actually I made trial with M size only and some how at Billing counter it got misplaced and i had to receive S size shirt. Immediately on my return to home I contacted the store they told it cannot be exchanged as the offer is going on. I kindly request the Reliance Management to consider as this a special case and allow me to exchange for the size of the shirt alone. I am a regular customer at Reliance and have purchased TV, washing machine, A/C, Refrigerator etc and quite satisfied with the service from the Reliance . I kindly request you to consider mine a special case grant permission for just to exchange the shirt for the same brand same design in M size...Please...                         i shoped around 4000 on offer of 1947. i went to help desk to count the total bill but i think someone one of the staff selected the shirt before but didnt purchased but it stiill in the store. They discussed and made a drama and fooled us that there is no offer on the shirt but before and after that i consulted 4 members of the staff and bill counter they that offer is available on all the shirts. I told them give me that shirt i will make the billing and i will check at the counter but they didnt gave me the shirt to me and told they will make the billing. Manager arif also joined in the issue and fooled us he is such an idot spoiling the customer service they are not to help but to fool. i never had such a worst customer service anywhere very bad behaviour with customers especially that Arif the head he is such an idot i will never go to that store again and i will not encourage my friends family and my company people to shop in reliance trends until Arif the manager or head is removed from the post. i am not talking about all the reliance trends stores. i am talking about cmr central realiance trends store in visakhapatnam maddilapalem. I am very serious about it hope you will take action on it.

                            On Independence Day 2014, Reliance Trends, Borivali, Mumbai had scheme of Shop for Rs.1, 947 get Clothes of Rs.1, 947. Firstly, The advertisement says - "Shop worth Rs.1, 947 and get Free Clothes of Rs.1, 947" but we were told that this scheme is only for clothes. To me, this is doing advertising to misguide customers.Secondly, We had purchased 2 shorts. The tag showed price of Flat Rs.299 with other tag of price Rs.399. on billing they billed us initially for Rs.399/- but on arguing for the tag price of Flat Rs.299/-, they billed at Rs.299 taking barcode of T Shirt. So they billed 2 T shirts whereas delivered 2 shorts. Even Security allowed to take the merchandise out despite difference between physical goods and goods billed. However, on 16th August, when we went to replace the product for a higher size of same value, they were asking for price difference sighting the security and system reasons which they themselves bypassed a day before, to facilitate billing as per their convenience. I am left with no choice, but had to let go merchandise and take refund in cash (REF NO.: C5564, #0236 TIME - 21:45:48, 15AUG2014, S08082, R002) I, not only as Customer but also as a Shareholder, feel aggrieved and cheated, by the Staff and system they were following. It was a kind of harassment where you finally have to surrender to the atrocities of the Company and its staff, where they literally make you bow down to their terms and do as they say, as you are not left with any choice. This matter was handled by Mr. Kevin D'souza whose Cell number is [protected]. I have also written hand written complain in the feedback book with assurance that I will get a call in a week's time. I seek your intervention to stop such malpractices with are restrictive in nature under MRTP and provide compensation for the harassment a customer goes through for all such episodes.

                              Black color full sleeves t-shirt with a scarf attached to it, with a price tag of Rs.195/-. After billing instead of Rs.195/- it was billed as Rs.499/-. When asked about it to the cashier he said that because of some mistake the T-shirt came on floor and you cannot buy it at Rs.195/-. So I said I wanted an exchange, so he kept the T-shirt with him and when i came pack with a jeans with same cost, he said you have to go the security and all other formalities and then you can exchange. So I went to security and he said me to bring the T-shirt which was billed as Rs./-499. So I again went to cashier and he gave me another T-shirt which is Meroon in color with a price tag of Rs.499/-. When I asked that this is not the T-shirt which you have taken from me, he said that this is the only shirt and go give it to security he will exchange, don't eat my brain. So i kept quiet and went to security, then security said this is not the same T-shirt which is billed and I again went to him and after seeing me he was raged with anger and behaved in a very rude manner and said from where else you all people will come and eat our brains and another person came and searched my T-shirt and after that I got exchanged.

                                we are purchase on dated 03/08/14 in vastrapur, ahmedabad. Your customer service desk sum problem billing is not possible & delivery for our home at possible 2 days. but 4 days going on delivery is not possible.we are your shop inquiry my cloths delivery and answer is not your custmor service desk.todays i am come your shop billing counter & 2pents purchase for 30% discount at the time of sunday dated on 03/08/14.but bill dated on 07/08/14 time discount is not count.we are talking to your incharge for counter.bill dated discount is not possible in your server and server is not counting discount at time of bill so full payment taking to me at your officer incharge. your officer answer me not discount fpr dated on 03/08/14 so return for pents. Any time your shop power problem server is not support to billing? attached phograph for pents catlog no with price. we are regreat for service & bill system.

                                  lost my credit note

                                  Hi I did a purchase from reliance trend bangalore, parksquare.Returned the product and got credit note of Rs. 798 on 3.02.2014 I lost the credit note and the manager of store Mr.Maheshwar...is helpless as he is not having track...he has written to head office no one has replied to him... Head office is having track of the credit note Please help. Thanks...

                                  My name is B.V.Bhaskar Reddy. I went for shopping at Reliance Trends on 27.07.2014 at around 8.00 PM at Perambur Chennai. Since there was no parking available, there was no staff available to help me park my two wheeler. When i parked my two wheeler behind a two wheeler already parked suddenly from nowhere one person came and told me not to park here and when i asked him where to park he told to park somewhere where place is available but not to park there and did not help me to park. when i was arguing with me how i can park when there is no place suddenly from nowhere around 6 to 7 people came i dont where they were all the time when customer come for parking and started to misbehave with me and even threatened me that i should not come again. They behaved like rowdies even the supervisor was supporting his staff and not ready to solve the problem. When i went into the store there also nobody was ready to hear me and take my complaint and they told there is no such system of complaining. If this is the type they are given to those who come for shopping how a person will come next to time to shop again in your store. My sincere request is that staff who first comes to part the vehicle should be guided or given a place to park if there is no place for park, parking staff should tell while entering the store itself that there is no parking inside so that they will not enter the store and will look for some other store and there is no need to pick up argument with your staff after entering. I was not at all happy shopping at your office the way the staff at parking behaved. They may tell 1000 reasons and complaint against customers, but we come for shopping only and not to complaint against the staff, we are compelled to write only when we are affected. The staff should be trained how to behav3 with the customers. I am also working in a bank and know how to deal with customer and to give customer service. I hope the next time i go to the same shop again there will not be an incident like this which i faced today.                                     Hi, My name is Seetha Sankaran and I did a lot o purchase in your Kovai show room in the Brroks field mall and the one in Adyar Chennai. I was looking for a leggings and got the color and the size I wanted and the Advt price was Rs199. But this particular piece was not put with the other ones, but was showing a 40% discount. When I was to make a payment, the people in the counter demanded Rs.399. So I asked abt the sale price or the 40% discount or which I got a rude replyfrom the staf inthe floor. So I asked for the manager and some guy came and with out even understanding he was rude and started telling stories that it was a customer's mistake that they put the discount sign there.It was just the time when the shop was opened and no customers were there as I was the first one.On hearing this I was very upset and angry and I started shouting. The response from the floor people was "Madam, don't show the tension you have outside, here. How come they know whether I have tension or not". Basic courtesy of proper talking was not known to your staff. So I went to make a complaint in the customer service section, and the poor girl there was not able to mange, convince or solve. A staff by name Nandagopal came, he first apologized for the happenings. He probe questions to understand the situation and told that it was their mistake and will find out the price details from the other show room and get back to me or deliver the dress I wanted. We exchanged the phone numbers and I gave my address too. I didn't have a hope that this issue will be solved.But to my surprise, he called me and told that, it was their mistake and got the dress I needed and delivered it to my home.He took an extra step to solve the problem and convince the customer. For any business, Customers are the back bones. If it is understood, then there is no need for a customer care or complaint department. To cut the story short, Nandagopal deserves some good rewards or promotion.He will be a good manager.My sincere Thanks and appreciation for his work and I wish him Good luck in the future.
