Hello sir,

I am venkatesh from visakhapatnam. I bought renault kwid climber during aug 2017. Actually i am working with one private organisation so i have more camps and as such i have used my above said car in low volume. As on date my vehicle kilometer milege is 4970 kms. Recently i have done my free servicing also against payment of rs.4, 300/- which is towards oil and other items. After servicing one day morning i have tried to start my vehicle but it was not started and the same day i have made a call to your local service point. Then they have sent some one and he checked up and said the battery problem is there and he collected rs.400/- from our parents and also said batter warranty period is one year only. I have asked him i bought the car during aug 2017 and i think it is under warranty as the vehicle is under 4 years amc. So please advise me now what to do with the battery and i th ink battery warranty is 2 years. Please guide me sir.

    Hi team,

    Pathetic service ever

    Now i demand new one to be replaced

    My multimedia system is not functioning specially the navigation app (Inc.
    India map) & bluetooth app. I had reported the same to wagholi (Pune)
    Service center. First time (June'19 end). After a whole day issue did not
    Get addressed and asked me to come on another day as i will have to rush to
    Work.

    2nd visit on 1st week of july'19 they (Wagholi workshop people) took the
    Car and after doing all postmortem in two days they come back and told me
    Issue did not get resolved and they need to send it to chennai workstation
    And assured me this will be done with in 10 to 15 day...

    In between i never got a call proactively on progressive update, every time
    On a reactive basis i call the service station folks and they keep me
    Update by pushing the dates.

    *today it is almost a month now, i do not have any further updates on when
    And how i will get my system back and god knows all my concerns are
    Addressed or not.*

    *i really struggling by your team loose communication & doubt on service
    Center capabilities.*

    *my self amit pattnaik, car is on name of prativa pattnaik (Mh-12-nj-6056).*

    Moreover i have a basic concern why my address in your system showing
    Magarpatta, pune even after i have submitted my aadhar and residence address
    Id during registration and booking. Please get this corrected. (Aadhar
    Attached)

      Mysore road renault showroom sales people do not have any manners on how to talk or behave with customers. They provide no details on any car specifications or accessories. I believe as a novice buyer, we have all rights to know the details and compare between different brands. But they expect you to know everything and assume they are the best knowledgeable people. They do not have any basic human manners. Shameful when your doing customer service but dont have human manners or hospitality.

        I have a renault duster 110 ps awd rxz model purchased in march 2016.

        I visited divine auto, jahangir puri for ac direction flow knob problem, in july, 2018, they rectified the direction flow knob problem, but the car ac stopped working in city traffic. I visited multiple times and they tried to provide a solution and at the same time winter’s arrived and i could not check the car ac effectiveness. This year i again highlighted the issue to the same dealership in june, 2019 and again visited on july 3, 17, 23 and 29. Then after raising a complaint with renault customer care, on august 5th, 2019 the car was again visited dealership and was with dealership for 3 days, and they couldnt rectify neither identify the problem and were trying to convice that it is working fine.

        They repeatedly recall the car to dealership wasting my time, energy and fuel not providing any solution. I hereby request through this forum to help me get the complete ac unit replaced

          I bought renault kwid in sept, 2017 and drove 14000 kms. Its the worst car.

          1) the battery went dead just in 22 months/14000 kms

          2) once i forgot to shut off the headlights after parking the car. Two hours later, i was not able to start the car. Even renault rsa could not star the car. Finallt, they towed the car to service center and unlocked the car using their laptop. So, once its system is locked, only they can start the car.

          I would advise everyone not to buy any renault cars. Go for the proven bands like maruti, hyundai etc.

            Ref vehicle no od 33h 4836. It is a matter of sad and shocking that the double standard attitude of the service manager of renault service center is under questionable circumstance-in consequence. It may jeopardize the name and fame of international reputation organization.in specific, i, myself is the sole owner of the duster automatic under ref od 33h 4836 handed over for repair and change of some important parts. They committed me to return within 10 days but returned me after 20 days after a tussle for delivery. Where in the entire staff personnel were present and i constrained to remain 3 days at hotel for such repaire/delivery. It gives me enormous pain to me. But the work executed by the technocrat mr prasanta mohanty & kamala kanta nayak are below sanctification they have not replace the marked parts of my duster car.

            This is for your information and onward transmission to the delegated authority for thorough examination and inquiry

              I took the car to renault service station by towed. Sa said we have to find out the issue. First they said to change the battery, second they said clutch motor is heating. Third they said. We have to check ecu program. They said, have replaced accelerator pedal along with sensor in few cars already. But when they programmed (Ecu) my vehicle, vehicle is not running, they replace three types of program, still not running, now they had send msge to to top technician, even then not been rectified, they will call from france. This is the condition of my kwid at four days gone.

                Sir i had purchased renault climber may 2018 no. Tn 05 br 6833 as on date one year completed but 3 month back starting problem service also done at ambattur they are also not doing proper service now also same problem again i have given complient through road side they are bicup the vehicle and handed over to omr service centre they are told me car battery is dead condition battery warrenty is over hence they asking cash for replacement of battery but in may ²019 in warranty period your people only service the vehicle at the time warrenty is available but at the time battery is not changed further all document shown vehicle warrenty is two or four year but battery only one year what is this in this details when purchase no people are informed me totaly worst vehicle and service i am wrongly choosed renult vehicle any how thank you

                  Bought kwid rxt amt on dec, 17 from faridabad showroom near mewala maharajpur metro station. After five months of buying the car started to stop on its own suddenly. When took it to service center they said every thing is ok. After three visits the engineer could find out that the clutch motor is faulty. Even when the car has not traveled 10000km till date, the clutch motor and accelerator pedal has been changed.
                  Even the service center at nit faridabad is not good in servicing. They take car, keep it for a day and return without resolving issue.
                  Will not recommend this car to anyone.

                    After accident i have sent my renault kwid rxe no mp04 ms 1552 to bhopal renault body shop there they told it cost 25 to 26 thousands to fix it but after a month when i went there to pick up car they have given 1lack 4 thousands invoice so i have asked them to get money from insurance and than i'll pick up car which another 3 weeks. And after getting money from insurance when i am picking up car they are saying battery is dead because car is not used for month and also they have i have to pay only 5 rupees other insurance amount but now it's 14 thousands plus battery amount

                      I purchased a kwid on 12/july/2019 and on the day car has been stopped after traveling 176km and never get started due to some programming issue i have to suffer problem in night at road side and company doesn't help us next day they take my car and send to jalandhar in toying van i have to book taxi in night and pay 2000 rupees such a wrost experience with renault i never refer to anyone any product about renault. I have all the proof about that happening i want that company have to pay all for their neglence to me

                        Duster 85 ps 2015 model :

                        I have faced lot of issues with clutch shuddering & i have already replaced clutch twice as recommended by renault service center in silk board bangalore.
                        The clutch was replaced at 21, 000 km's & 51, 000 km's & even after clutch replacement the performance was not as expected.
                        Currently, the vehicle has run 59, 000 kms & i'm again facing the clutch shuddering (Have driven only around 8, 000 km's after clutch replacement for 2nd time)
                        I have spent around inr 50, 000 for replacing clutch twice, poor quality product and poor service from renault.
                        I'm extremely disappointed with renault india/service center for making me go through this situation in-spite of spending money on replacements by the customer which ideally renault india should have replaced this under product defect category.
                        Please take a note of this & hoping to have some response from renault team.

                          I have give my renault kwid car "kl 16 q 6563" for servicing at trivandrun kwid's service center on 4/7/19. I had a complaints regarding the breaking system of the car. I had this compliant from the begining itself and i have been complaining the same for every time during the service.
                          Most of the times especially when slow speed the break pad doesnt work, many times i faced dangerous situations.

                          The breaking system of the vehicle is very much questionable.
                          When i raised the compliant during service, they will do some cleaning in the pad and some lubrication and calibration. But the problem never resolved.
                          When i raised the compliant this time as usual, i got a funny reply from them "its the feeling of my mind actually no issues with the break, and they were not ready to admit this compliant.
                          They informed me that, they have checked everything and no issues with the break so they were failed to identify the compliant and they are helpless and they told me to change my mind set.. When i told them to give this as written statement, but they are not ready to do so.
                          I need my vehicle in rectified state as early as possible, unnecessary they were holding my vehicle.

                              Sir though my car is under warranty and extended warranty the company divine motors have always charged me for parts and harass the customer after the car reaches them
                              On phone they confirm the car is on warranty but after reaching there restart removing faults of previous service faults caused by them
                              They are usually out of parts for 6 to 8 months due to which service of the car get hampered and then without proper service they had over the car
                              I got a cooling coil changed and ac serviced and after 1 month the hose pipe from the radiator and the the water pump leeks i feel this is done deliberately by them

                                Hello team. I am from hyderabad and own a renault kwid. I service it in membi motors as rao nagar. The problem i face is that every time i give the car for some problem, they delay to the core to deliver it back to me. The reason they say every time is that the parts have to come from chennai. The quality of service is very poor. Though i have a bumper to bumper insurance, still they charge me a heavy amount. When questioned that say certain things are not covered. Not sure if it is with insurance company or service center. Can some one do something to it.

                                  With great regret i, phanidhar gogoi, owner of renault captur bearing chassis no meerha005j1005437 have sent two of my vehicle tyres on 1 june 22, 2019 to renault car dealer, tarinipur autosol pvt. Ltd., p. N road.

                                  The above mentioned dealer promised that the tyres will be replaced within a week. But they haven’t replaced them yet.

                                  My vehicle has just covered the distance of 8700 km as per odometer. The vehicle has been lying idle for a month now which is causing several commuting problems for us.

                                  I f this is the service renault is offering, then i’m extremely unsatisfied with the services and never suggest anybody to purchase the renault captur vehicle which was said to be a premium vehicle.
                                  Kindly look into the matter on a urgent basis.

                                    I had accident 70 days back of my Renault Duster car... given for repairing to Solapur showroom Maharashtra ...aal documentation have done before 65 days but still they have delaing to repair my car...it's not worth...if this is behaviour of comapny... how can I suggest other people to purchase Renaults car..I M paying installment of bank...I M Doctor by profession I need car to go to visit hospitals ...

                                      This is to kindly inform you that,
                                      I have surrendered my car to the servicing centre on 4th june and got back only on 12th of june..

                                      My main issue was,
                                      its A/C was not workng properly..

                                      After recieving back my car, The very next day only i have reported that my problem was still exists therefore, solve me if possible (because i have already paid Rs. 28871/- Invoice SERVTRJB[protected].
                                      Still now no updates are given Except 2/3 phone calls.

                                      So,
                                      Understand the seriousness of this problem and do justice to my payment.

                                        I have Renault duster 85 PS 2013 model I have an issue of Steering going hard while turning right, vehicle shuddering and also a persistent issue of Oil leakage.
                                        The service centre personnel has informed today that I need to change the Steering Rack assembly which shall cost me 39000 Rs.
                                        Every servicing there is a new issue and the bills are in numerous thousands.
                                        I have observed that this is a common problem with Duster Owners.
                                        Would appreciate if a solution is offered by Renault as it questions the safety of its customers
