Dear Sir/Ma’am,
It is a privilege for me to say that I am a customer of Renault, owning a model of your recent edition in the variant of compact SUV RENAULT KWID RXT (OUTBACK BRONZE) which was delivered to me from the ANNAMALAI’s dealer in Coimbatore, saibaba colony, on 12th Feb 2016. I was very much pleased and happy during the journey throughout the days enjoying all the spec and the options inbuilt. But it lasted no longer. The first discomfort was when I went for the FIRST FREE SERVICE to the same showroom and witnessed the car was not serviced properly. After the water service my car INTERIOR WAS NOT EVEN TOUCHED for cleaning. The second one is in the recent days, even before the time for the SECOND FS or 10000 kms, I found my break shoes of the front wheels and the disk was completely spoilt. Due to this I was about to meet with an accident and somehow managed to escape. Now this created a second thought about your quality and the safety of your product. Out of deep discomfort and fear I mail this message to you expecting for a good reply from you for the warranty of the same and to provide me with a better service and quality in the upcoming days. I don’t really know how a firm which has a worldwide reputation and privilege can provide such an inconvenience in service to the customer and quality which is doubted. Please educate me with a clear detail about the problem that I am facing and please do provide a positive solution for the same. Awaiting your reply.
