[Resolved] Renault — Break down Issue after 3 days of purchase

I purchased Renault Kwid 1 ltre optional variant from trivandrum show room on (30th Jan 2017), after 3 days the vehicle faced a breakdown issue, the local mechanic said the battery is down, and contacted renault service and the vehicle is currently in the service centre.From 3rd Feb 2017 the vehicle is in the service centre and they didn't provide any information about the actual complaint, i am really disapointed about this.

I think i got cheated, if the battery is brand new then there is no chance for battery down with in 3 days.

Either they placed an old battery or they gave me an old car.

I don't want it repaired, i want it replaced because i paid money for a brand new car not for a repaired one.

i want to know whether i got cheated or not,

You people should conduct an enquiry about this incident.

Subject for complaining about the service of my renalut kwid car
According to above mention subject I would like to draw year your kind attention towards my problem
With in one year I have suffered a lot from this car recently I have sent my car for service three times with in a month my problem hasn't dissolved yet
