Renault — Car Gear is faulty

Hello Dear, I have taken this car with lot of hope and out of exitement but now i feel sad just because of gear issue. I had tool my car in nov 2014 and since then it has gear change problem.I had even took this to service centre but that guy told that it is usual with all duster car. If this is the case then I would like to send back my car to renault . I do not need such faulty car. But now the issue is that the gear change causes issues.
