Hello I booked renaut KWID on 21st October 2015, at the time of booking sales person told me that i will get this car around 1st week of Jan 16, but still i haven't got any update.. On top of it when I am calling at showroom, but I could not get any satisfactory response from them. I have already received message from company on 8th January 2016, my car is manufactured at Renaults Chennai Production in spite of that I could not receive till date. Can you confirm me when I will received my car??? is this the way renault is dealing with customers??? Its show that you commitment level is very poor. I am worried about after your sales service also because I believed in this situation you are not given priority a responsibility and accountability towards customer. Was this information helpful?
