I bought a Renault Duster in January 2020 which was financed through NRFSI and in March I lost my job due to a countrywide lockdown. I was happy that Renault has extended the Moratorium facility as per RBI guidelines which ended in august. As we all are aware that the honorable Supreme Court is hearing a plea regarding extension of mortarium facility or waiver of interest and has ordered not to Declare any loan borrower as NPA who has not been declared as NPA before 31st till further notice. The Industry in which I work is still not operational due to govts. order and I have zero source of income since last 6 Months and because of the same reason I asked your representative who called me for the payment of overdue EMI of Sept that I'm not in position to make the payment right away yet I'll surely clear my dues in coming months (November). The first guy was polite and well behaved then one more guy called on a recorded line was extremely rude in the beginning. Later he started throwing personal insults like "gadi maintain nahi kar sakte to karidi kyun (Why you bout the car if you can't maintain it), khane ke paise nahi hain and all (How you are eating if you don't have money) and all. This was very disturbing and unexpected behaviour from a french brand like Renault. Now I don't feel like using your product or services anymore. If you want to take your car back I'm okay with it. Just return my Down Payment after deducting any depreciation be done with it as This is an act pure harassment and insult from your executive side and I'm ready to go all legal and lawful routes. But I don't feel like driving your vehicle.
Very unexpected behaviour from a brand like renault.
