Hi,
My car met with an accident on 19th july 2018 and was sent to the workshop the same day. I have been following up for last 18 days, an advisor assigned for the job wouldn’t inform, the branch head doesn’t take calls and the reception is clueless.
This is frustrating when right from
Advisor to the head of the workshop give excuses of non efficiency instead of solving your problem.
I landed in workshop today 6th august 2018 to pick up the car as i was told it will be ready. Before reaching the workshop i tried to call the advisor sanjay and branch head binu gopal but both of them refused to answer. After reaching here i got to know car is ready but they won’t release the car because insurance has sent them the liability.
I am really upset with this treatment and looking at going to the consumer court for the mental agony, if this was not picked up immmodiately.
