[Resolved]  Renault — I have booked a Renault kwid which i have cancelled but still i didn't receive my booking amount its has been 1 months

Dear sod,
I booked a renault kwid on 15apr and booking amount i gave inr5000.
Same i cancelled on 17apr and mr viajya informed me money will deposit with in 10days. But its has been 28days but i didnt received my money. I keep on calling to renault showroom banjara hill road no 2 hyd (Srisrisribhsales). But no response i want my money with in 1days or else i will go legally.

My car plastic chamber are damage because according to me the first Indian car Renault kwid rxt model is engine oil chamber part are faulty and lowest kwality plastic material (recommended is steel material) I am vary vary sad to this problems faced me, Renault company is fraud our kwid customers
