I gave my vehicle to service center near lb nagar, hyderabad on 11/6/16. its sri sri sri renault.
Complaint is gears are not applying and its hard to put reverse gear. after 4 days workshop people said there is problem with clutch kit and they changed it and the problem is solved. ipaid rs, 20, 000 (approx) and took vehicle from them.
After two days iam facing same problem of gear not shifting and reverse gear is not working, then i went again to workshop on 27/6/17 (i drove around 50km in this gap)
And after checking my vehicle they said its gear wire problem and it need to be replaced, and it will take 15 days to get the part from different city. i questioned that days if the problem is with gear wire then why did u change my clutch kit, any how after a regular followup they gave me a bill for rs 18000/- again and delivered vehicle on 9/7/16, as i tool the vehicle out and drove for 5km again car was struck with gear and it stopped, i called workshop people and asked them why did this happen, again car was drove back to workshop by them, after 3 days of checking they said again clutch master is gone and it will cost me rs, 4000/-
And my vehicle is in workshop for now.
This is my issue. now cumming to my questions
After reading my issue what do you feel? dont you feel iam been cheated by changing unnecessary parts to my car.
If my car has a problem cant your expertise engineers know that after a throw check, and are u trying to cheat people like this by changing to new parts if it is not required also.
Are you appointing two wheeler mechanics to do service in workshops as they dont demand much salary?
And now what i demand is a strong explanation on why this thing is happening, and i will publish my story on all blogs where people will be aware of how renault is cheating people by forcing them to change parts though its not required.
I will make my contribution in make people aware never to buy renault car because of their worst service work shops.
I have seen hyundai, maruti, volkswagan they are much professional in service delivery.
When come to renault, i cannot even compare them with a road side mechanic. road side mechanics are 100% better than a renault authorized service engineer.
I have noticed a good growth in renault sales. but when you see about online complaints about you pathetic service centers definitely sales will go down in 2-3 years.
My suggestion is better increase service centers and grow a competition between workshops so that you can even increase your sales.
Finally coming to my issue, do i still need to spend money in getting my gear issue solve and how many months will they do same.
We buy cars to drive it not to park them in workshops for weeks.
And your workshops will never have any part ready, when ever there is any part requirement it should be shipped from other part of the country. and in with today fast delivery shipments available it take 2 weeks to get a part.
Please first change your service centers then selling new vehicles.
Because once a trust lost will never be gained.
And i started making my friends aware never to by a renault car
