I purchased a Renault Captur in Aug' 2018. Right from day one the car has been pulling to the left. It becomes immensely tiring at times on a long drive holding the steering in the opposite direction. I have reported this issue multiple time to the service center at Renault Hosur (Prabha Cars PVT LTD), they have tried all possible options to fix the issue but the issue did not get resolved. As on date the problem still persists in my vehicle and now they are claiming that the issue is resolved and have given vehicle inspection report which I have denied to accept as a customer. I have spoken to the Renault customer care as well multiple time requesting them to look into this specific case seriously but not seeing right response from the Manufacturer. It tires a hell on long drive. There were statements made by the dealer (Renault Hosur) that this is a manufacturing defect which exists in all the Captur vehicles which can't be resolved and the vehicle behavior pulling to the left is normal.
As a customer I can't take the reason which I got from the manufacturer and demand an explanation. A product with defect has to be recalled and the issue must be addressed by the Manufacturer. Attached are the relevant photos and videos.
Kindly take necessary action at the earliest.
