Renault Kwid — Booked kwid on october: not getting any response

Hi,

I booked Renault Kwid with S.No. 3755 with SAPNA CARS PVT. LTD. on October 19, 2015. With name Sanjeev Kumar (Gray color top model). I am not getting any response from the dealer. I tried to call them so many times, but they don't pic the call.

I am hoping that you will help all the customers, whoever facing the issues like me and take necessary actions again Renault and its dealership with rude behavior and cheating of customers...

Please let me know the exact date when I will get the car?
