On 3rd free service only Mobil change .the krishnagar service centre told that rs 850 is required. But the service bill show Rs 2500. I bound to pay rs2500.
It is a scam and cheating for customer.

    I am bikesh Kumar, s/o- Mangal ray, vill+post- tetarpur, ps-Mohiuddinnagar, dist-samastipur (Bihar).
    I bought a car from Renault kwid from rudransh automobile sreeraj complex durja branch. Price 270000(two lakhs seventy thousand) . they told me that car was good well condition.and told me that car was first owner but when I tested I found it second owner .also the kilometres was reducing and tempering.
    And fraud and cheated me.
    When I bought this car and went back to my home its engine became heat and gave me warning & it breakdown .so I make them a phone call and told them all this problem and they told me to come tomorrow so I tow the car and make stand in agency.
    So i request you to told them to return my money or otherwise exchange my car.

      I got a Renault Kwid AMT in August 2018 . Within a week after purchasing the engine warning light was on . I took the car to the service centre and they gave it back after a few days and told me the issue was resolved . The issue came up again and I again took the car to the service centre . This time they told me that the accelerator pedal was malfunctioning due to a manufacturing defect. The accelerator pedal was short and I was asked to wait for 2 months to get it replaced. Again after a few months the car showed the same issue and just wouldn't start. Following this after a year the car suddenly stopped on the highway and the speed went down from 64 to 0 in 10 seconds in the middle of the road. This could have been so dangerous ! Again the vehicle was taken to the service centre and they told me that they dont know what the issue is and cannot fix it. After complaining to the head office they looked at the car and suddenly said its fixed now and wont be a problem. After 6 months the engine fan wouldn't turn off even after 1 hour of turning off the ignition. The car suddenly stopped on the road with another red warning light. I called the service centre and they told me that the car hasn't been fixed properly the previous time . I took the car to the service centre again i paid more money and they again said its fixed now. Within two days the car malfunctioned again and the service centre tells me that the fan is like this only and will stay on and there is a defect with my hearing that i couldn't hear it before. Which car on earth has a fan that functions on its own for hours even when the ignition is turned off ? This company is a complete fraud . This car poses a danger to the life of people. And i am being given this faulty vehicle again and again which stops suddenly in the middle of the highway. Any untoward thing happening would be because of the company and the service centre. I've no trust on the company or the service centre . I'll complain about the same in the consumer court as well as the police station because this is actually playing with the lives of people. My car is still at the service centre i am sick and tired of this vehicle since the last 3½ years.

        Due to heavy rains in guntur, andhra pradesh, water coming inside from the engine side to both front sides i. E.., driver side and at side seat. Given the car to company dealer. After verification they suggested us to leave the car for 2 days with them as they will remove seats and carpet in the car for drying. As they said they rectified the problem and handed over the car in the evening on the date which they promised. From very next day a/c not working due to leakage of gas and again went to dealer, they said we have to verify thoroughly where the leakage and asked us to leave the car again for 1 or 2 days. I rejected and taken away the car. This is the second time i am facing the problem when i have given the car for one problem, after delivery another problem arising. Hence i am not satisfied with the service of the dealer to customer. Another problem is while paying bill they are insisting us to pay 2% extra if the payment is through debit card. There is no such charges for payment through debit card. Only charges will be deducted for credit card payment. If we asked about this, staff saying that this is the policy of the company and they cannot do anything, due to above feeling unhappy with our guntur dealer.

          I am from sri lanka. I have renault kwid 2016 800cc airbag model.23000km milage.
          Cluch plate gives big noise now.
          Oil leak from air cleaner
          When i start car, radio doesn't work.. Electric problem..
          I went to sri lankan agent to fixed my issues. But they don't have proper idea about car and issues. They said cluch plate need to be change, then i asked them about worronty.. They said not worronty for cluch plate. I was really dispoint.in sri lanka no good market and reputation about renault kwid due to many issues renault kwid. Even we can't sell. Suzuki alto gives worronty for cluch plate and good service than kwid. I have talked many kwid owners, no one happy with service and product. I hope you will give me good advise what should i do with my car issue and inform your top management.

            I have Renault kwid rxt 800cc.day by day new problems came in my car. But driven 7000 kms only.I was visited service centre so many times. They already replaced accelerator pedal, oil pan, glove box, brake disc and pads...but new problems came in my car continuously..I waste my precious time in Renault service centre.now again oil is leaking from engine. Brakes not working properly. I will not wait anymore.you should replace my car or refund my money otherwise I am ready to file a case in consumer court against Renault India.don't play with human life.dangerous and totally worst car.

              very less mileage

              Dear sir/madam,

              I have purchased renault kwid rxt on 08.01.2016. The only reason for this purchase was renault’s massive advertisements about the highest fuel mileage of 25.17 kmpl in the segment. But it is found that they are cheating customers on this. My car is giving mileage of only 13 to 14 kmpl on highways and its without running ac. With ac, it drops drown to 10 to 11 kmpl.

              Now, i am feeling cheated...

              It is brought to your kind notice that i booked one ranault kwid in the first week of december 2017. While booking, i very specifically demanded for registration of the vehicle in 2018 and requested to deliver the vehicle accordingly, which was agreed by the sales executive. The vehicle was delivered on 8th december 2017. I was told that the vehicle has been provided with a temporary registration for one month.

              Sir, i had the impression that the new registration can be obtained by 7th january 2018, i. E. One month from the date of delivery. However, on 02.01.2018 i have been informed that temporary registration will be lapsed on 02.01.2018 as the same was obtained from 04.12.2017, i. E. 4 days prior to delivery of the vehicle. Since 2nd january 2018 was holiday on account of mannam jayanthi, i could not apply for new registration on that day. Subsequently i have applied for registration on 03.01.2018 by paying a penalty/late fee of rs. 2500/-. This happened due to sheer negligence on the part of your sales executive, who has hidden the actual facts from me, perhaps to meet his target, although i was specific for the vehicle registration in 2018.

              Further, before purchase i was offered to provide cleaning kit (Costing approx. Rs. 4500/-) free of cost. But till date the same has not been provided inspite of repeated reminders by me.

              Due to above acts of your sales executive, i am very much disappointed and had to incur a loss of rs 7000/- (Rs. 2500 + rs. 4500) in addition to mental tension. I have never expected such kind of attitude from a company like yours.

              It is, therefore, requested to arrange to refund/compensate me rs. 7000/- at the earliest possible.in this respect telephonic discussion undersigned had with you may kindly be referred to.

              An early action is solicited.

              I am using Renault Kwid from two and half years. The silencer of the Kwid is faulty making noise every time. At the time servicing they repaired it but after some time started knocking and yesterday it broke down. I need it to be replaced in warranty. As it seems to be manufacturing defect. The device centre is refusing for it.

                Plastic oil chamber replace

                I bought this car because the looks was good. But now I am not happy with this car because of plastic chamber. I have faced a horrible problem during my journey from Nagaland to Manipur that also at night. Due to bad road condition my car oil chamber had broken very badly and all the engine oil fell off within few seconds so called the Ranault service centre and they told me not to start the engine so I kept my car middle of road where there...

                I am also a Custumer of Renault Kwid, my car chamber got damaged due to strucking on speed breaker and my car stopped working because of oil leak . I have o depth insurance also but am worried that engine might be seized . Request Renault to look into the issue so that we will have trust on that company.i haven't driven the car once I get noticed that chamber is leaked .i have parked it nearby safe place without turning the car engine on !please support

                  My cars AC leaking.. Total 4"times it's repaired in your thrissur showroom.. But it's not OK.. I spent already 2000 Rs for fuel to take it to showroom.. It's very head aching.. it very bad.. And it's also having very loud sound also..i am a doctor vehicle is very important to me.. so this situation creating very stress.. So many times I told in the show room.. But they can't solve it.. I took the vehicle on 30/7/2016 ".. in this short period I took the vehicle to showroom 4times.. Please take a action I lost my money, time.. Etc

                    My name is Vivek Vasant Mulay resident of Pune Maharashtra. I am retired bank employee. I purchased a new Renault Kwid top end car on 12/03/2016 from Roharsh Motors Pvt. Ltd Baner pune.The car was working fine. I did the first servicing in first week of may 2016. I took the car to the dealer Roharsh Motors Ptv. Ltd pune on 19/08/2016 for second servicing. When asked about any issues I told them that there is one warning light that comes & goes off after the ignition which is supposed to be normal as mentioned the user manual. The dealer told me that the wires have been damaged by rat bite & few components needs to be repaired/replaced. I was shocked when the dealer said that it will not be covered under warranty or insurance.
                    When I called the insurance surveyor, he informed me that there is no sign of any rite bite for our claim no [protected].
                    I have also not received surveyor's report yet. The car is in the custody of the dealer who is asking me to pay Rs88, 200 to repair it. Its a brand new Renault Kwid car which was working ok until I gave to it the service centre. The dealer blames me for driving the car in overheating condition but the overheating warning light did not stay on nor there was any beep sound. Overheating is a common problem detected in many Renault Kwid Cars sold in the initial phase as reported in media. Plz refer to

                      Sir i brought renault kwid car for 1st service on 05/09/2016 at mtp road coimbatore after finishing their service they gave me on 10/09/2016 by 7.45 pm only (During night i didn! T see anything on my car) straight to my house no parking at any place
                      11/09/2016 morning i have noticed a small dent on back side (Dicky) immediately i phoned to the technical person mr jerald he assuerd me bring the car and he will correct it i brought the car to service point they told me sir we correct it (Free of cost) but it will take time two days i requested them being holiday i need to go my native place so i will bring the car on 16/09/2016 they accept my request. After holidays i brought the car for dent repair but their service manager mr mahesh refussed to do by free of cost they demand money i was shocked i returned home till now my car dent is not repaired

                        I booked Renault Kwid with S.No. 3755 with SAPNA CARS PVT. LTD. on October 19, 2015. With name Sanjeev Kumar (Gray color top model). I am not getting any response from the dealer. I tried to call them so many times, but they don't pic the call.

                        I am hoping that you will help all the customers, whoever facing the issues like me and take necessary actions again Renault and its dealership with rude behavior and cheating of customers...

                          I purchased a car from renault (Model: kwid rxt), it's been just 1.5 months so far. I have a problem with respect to the “side view mirror” of this car. The “side view mirror” which company has provided with this vehicle is totally different. It is not the same one which they have shown in the brochures / advertisement of this vehicle and in company's official website. I am not comfortable with the side view mirror which they have provided with this car, it's a pretty old model. I am really facing tough time with it daily in adjusting and also not give clear and complete view of vehicle behind you. I want the same one which company has showcased in their brochure /tv advertisements/ company website.I'm really unhappy that the company is misleading the customer by showcasing something in the brochure / advertisement /website and providing a different one in actual with the vehicle. Also when i start the car the engine gives more noise. this could also create headache for us.Please help us to rectify the problem.

                            I have booked Renault KWID RXT Driver Airbag Option, Bronze color on october, 2015 at Renault showroom, Bangalore. Unfortunately, I have not yet received any response from the showroom of Renault.
