Yet no delivery is made to me even after promise lot of time and clearly says in mail for delivery on 17-Nov.
No one is there in Renault to take care of customer.
Always spend more then 20 min to talk with customer care with no proper response what a MNC.
If you made application for booking why not you update for delivery time Dealer doing what they want no one care about the customer.
So much disappoint after booking KWID.
I was wait more then 2 month for kwid and paid advance more then 205000 and what i get lot of harassment and waste of time such a brand value you earn.
Now i am fighting for taking my hard earn money back from dealer no one is there to help me.
I will show all my social media contact how Renault doing business in india with customer harassment.
Will go in consumer court to save other people not to suffer like i,

As per your Mail dated 13 Nov, you was assure to delivery on 17-Nov-2015 but i am very sorry to say once again Renault & Padam Motors Pvt Ltd. fail to make full fill your promises.
If this kind of situation is before sale then what can i expect after Sale & Service.
Once again you People make a call and ask one more day for delivery i think you people not ever stand on your own promises.
It's My humble request to you if you can't able to delivery on time don't make such promise and make customer fool.

Kindly Share us dealership observation pertaining to below mention customer's concern.
As per Customer when he complained earlier he was shared a delivery timeline of 3rd/4th
week of november. Meanwhile he got a call from Sales team to make some extra payment and
they will deliver the vehicle soon in 1st week of november and customer made a payment of
Rs. 200000/- but till now there is no update and even the sales team is not picking his
calls. Customer is very disappointed and wants a confirmed delivery timeline or else he
will cancell his booking.

No transparency maintained by Company or Dealers. I booked KWID on 24th Sep, 2015 Booking Reference ID - KAPP109169. Initially it was assured for delivery in Navratras, but now no confirmations on delivery dates and I had discussion lot of times with local dealer and Company call center, and every time they say will deliver very soon. The Dealer not even reply in proper way they take advance payment amounted 200000 on 26 October with the promise for delivery before 30 oct but yet not confirm about the delivery. Such a MNC not able to manage its Customers and Sales... Very Bad This is tarnishing the good work done by Renault Marketing team! Now i want to cancel my booking and advice people not waste your time and money because renault not at all care about there customer. No transparency maintain dealer selling on premium or who booked by the dealer they not even entertain the online booking. such MNC same on marketing. Mr. RAHUL PRABHAKAR sales team leader from Padam Cars pvt ltd ludhiana not even bother about to pick the call and respond. I called him more then 10 times but he never pick my call and never respond back such a sales team Renaults having to achieve the Indian market. Now if we are paying the money and we are getting wrong treatment and mental harassment only to buy Renaults KWID, then I am sorry to say this is purely unprofessional approach. MR. Sumit Sawhney whatever your dream to make Renaults Motor number one in Indian Market will never come true because of this kind of Sales Team you are having Now please provide my money back which i paid 205000/

Forwarding this with lot of hope that some one in Renault will look my problem and Resolve it.
