I rajit kaushal writing this letter with great disgrace. I want to bring in your knowledge that i have purchase kwid rxl, reg. No.- hr 99 yg temp. 0689. From you gurgaon show room. Ncr motors india pvt. Ltd. Dated. 27. 4. 16. But since then it has some or other problems continuously till date it is in service center today also dated 8.6.15 it is service center.Since its purchase in the span of this period the car is going third time to service center ncr motors, a-10, mohan cooperative, mathura raod, new delhi. In near span of 15 days with one or other problem.
First time their where some problem promount in display broad with a wire like indication and their was too much noise and vibration in engine. Also their was problem in clutch and accelerator not ruining smooth with sound on releasing paddle. On delivery service provider mr. Nitin has no such this will occur in future.
Second time the problem re occur promount in display broad with a wire like indication again comes and ac not functioning after 15 days first weak of this mouth and their was too much noise and vibration in engine. Some improvement was in clutch and accelerator tuning on releasing paddle. Again on delivery
mr. Vikash commented with me no such problem will occur in future and car was delivered to me on sunday 5.6.16.
Now third time i have to send it to service center on 7.6.16 with again was too much noise and vibration in engine. Also their was problem in clutch and accelerator not ruining smooth with sound on releasing paddle. This time mr. Nitin is telling he has undated the software for in clutch and accelerator and engine sound will be same.
The mileage for is also comes to be very less the the company promised its only 10 -15.
I just want to know from you as i had made mistake by purchasing your vehicle in the span of about 45-55 days. This is third time i am getting vehicle to service station that means major problem in car and with no guarantee for future problems.
Sir i have send my hard earning on this kwid car. I want you to re call my car reg. No.- hr 99 yg temp. 0689. And replace with another car. I will not accept this car nor will pick my car from service station on assurance for the service provider. I only want from you to take action and re call my call and replace.
