Problems faced
Mr. ARUN KUMAR who is the salesperson, who was communicated well before the payment initiation started. after all the process completed he is not even picking up the call... After communication given to customer care, he came to my line with a horrible tone in his voice.
I have talked to more than 5 to 6 people from the showroom regarding the same issue but still, there is no answer. the only answer I get is "will check and come back to you" no response until I callback them later on.
So, Is this the procedure?? customer have to follow for the concern?? even though what is the result??

from morning 10 am till the end of the day I'm waiting for the answer. I didn't get the answer to the above questions bcoz still, they are checking
Action required:
My request is that, I cant take many permissions from my office, so I need to be resolved my all issues on the same day ( date you have to confirm)
RESOLUTION:
PICKUP & DROP must be taken care of by the KUN Renault and service to be done without any charge.
