I have renault duster adventure addition up-32-fp-1192 bought in may’14.
This is about my experience with renault in last 4 years, especially in the
Last few months when i switched the service station from m. G chariots
Lucknow to anand auto tech.

The mechanics and service representatives at anand auto tech are of
Extremely poor quality and have no skills to deal with car or the
Customers. Here are few instances:

*1. Pickup problem: *my car has been facing a major issue with car
Acceleration. It often does not deliver full acceleration on gear change or
Sometimes completely misses to pick up. I have complained about it at least
2 times:

A. First time in april'18: the service station told me that they could not
Reproduce it.

B. Second instance: a few months back i complained about it again and they
Submitted and they changed air filter, fuel filter and many other things
Causing me a good amount of money and guaranteed that the problem will be
Solved after this but this time i faced a bigger problem. This time after a
Few days the car got back from service the engine stop light started to
Flash. I got really stumped whether i sent my car for fixing the issues or
Creating new ones:

But still i kept my patience and complained about this again.

C. Third instance: i sent the car for fixing this issue and this time after
3 days of inspection the service centre told me that the car's fuel
Injector pump has some issues and need to be replaced, which in turn will
Again cost a hefty inr, 54000 and claimed they guarantee this is the issue.
I was shocked to hear that a company which claims to build sturdy cars can
Not give product that lasts 50000 kms on road? I clearly told the team that
I don't have trust in their skills and have a bad feeling that they are
Conning the customers. I also told them, especially my customer agent
Sushant singh, that i will be escalating this matter to your national head
And then came a very arrogant reply: "it does not matter to whom do you
Complaint, as, in the end, it will have to pass through me." as if mr.
Sushant singh owns the renault. I am really frustrated and my vehicle has
Become completely unusable.

*2. Front left suspension/shocker problem:* in april 2018 when i sent the
Car for service the team noticed that the front left suspension/shocker has
Some oil leakage problems. The team also informed me that had your car came
To us 5-6 hours earlier we would have covered it in the 4 years warranty to
Which i asked in bewilderment that i had asked the car to be picked up 10
Days earlier to which you guys didn't pay heed. The situation got a bit
Confusing and a nice guy named raj came forward to help and tried to
Connect to central office to which mr sushant singh objected and hindered
Raj's attempt to contact you guys. He whispered that the service station is
Here to earn not to do free work. I was shocked to hear this but ignored it
Completely as i had already lost the trust in brand renault and passed it
Away with a laugh.

*3. Hand break issue: *i am having this issue since august’17 (Not aug this
Year) and complained it about 3-4 times yet the mechanic has not been able
To resolve it completely. I even changed the rear drums, break wires and
Many other things but of no use. This time when i complained again they
Opened the central penal, which also controls the side mirror adjustments,
And when they put the panel back they left the panel disconnected and now
The mirror adjustment knob is not working. I raised this again and finally
After these many iterations the issue was fixed. But that completely shows
The skill levels of either renault india or the service station.

*4. Music and navigation system: *the music system display panel in car
Started to show some weird lines in turned off mode, i did complain about
This thing as well but again after so many iterations they were not able to
Fix it and asked me to get a new panel worth inr 50k installed. That
Completely stumped me and i asked them to leave it as it is but to add more
Grieves to my already long list of woes, this time they disabled the
Navigation of the car and the music system has become completely useless as
It doesn't remembers any of the settings that i store in it. I doubt they
Might have stolen some parts of it just to annoy me so that i send the car
Back any they loot me.

*5. Side door mirror switches: *a few months back the front window switches
Started having some problems and i raised this and when they sent the car
Back the driver side door didn't close and use to get open while driving
The car which could have lead to a fatal accident.

I am going to submit a duplicate copy of this to regional law authorities
Mentioning: *if something happens to me or my family in an accident while
Travelling /driving my renault duster up32fp1192, the only body held
Responsible should be renault india and this service station anand auto
Tech.*
