Updated by Girish25 You need to look into it. I know how company look customer problem last 2 year. The way company handle customer problem is discusting. Company making fool of customers. Updated by Girish25 WooW Company is trying to making fool again. On 20th Dec Company executive message me and ask me to share contact details to resolve my issue. I was shared my contact details private message and here also. But now company playing a trick and they send me message today and ask me to share my contact details. Is the company executives are illiterate and they don't want to see my contact details. I have attached a inbox message screenshot where i was already mentioned my contact numbers. This proves company doesn't care about customers issue and they don't respect of this platform and law. Now i feel they are trying to making fool of this platform also. Any ways my contact no is [protected] and [protected]. I think they are now able to see my contact numbers.

Updated by Girish25 Really u understand what issues customers are facing. I don't think so i[censored] understand than your support team will contact me and refund my money. Cimpany sending message here " Our concerned team will get in touch with you to support and help with your concern." But they dont organise any call to resolve issue. I want to refund my money as soon as possible. Company taking too much time its approx 2 years. Company only showing they are worried about customers issues thats why company send messages here but can't do any action to resolve issue.

Updated by Girish25 After submitting compalint "renault fraud" issue in this platform i get a call from renault company executive on 23rd december 2018 at 12:27pm. They regirster my complaint again. I have already registered complaint 2 time before. And the new complaint number is "04918315". The company executive said they will forward my complaint to conplaints department. It means company taking lighty previous complaints register by me or they ignored my previous compaints.
After that the company executive said they want some time to resolve this issue. I was asked to executive how much time they want to resolve this issue. But the executive said they dont know how much time company take to resolve issue.
Company want more time Is 2 years is not enough to refund my money. How much time company want to refund my money. Is there a way to resolve customers issue by giving timeline and the main part is they dont know what the meaning of timeline.
I hope they will not making fool again like they do over the 2 years and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Updated by Girish25 Its not a big deal company taking too much time to refund customer own money. Is 8000 amount is too big for company to refund. I was hoping company refunded my as soon as possible. Your team already taking too much time. Please do some action writting diplomatic statements are not enough.

Updated by Girish25 8 days are gone but there is no respond against my complaint. I am not able to understand why Renault company not refunded my money 8000 out of 10, 000. Why Renault company making fool again and again. Logically we see Renault company earning 2000 rs per cancellation. Renault Company do this with lots of customers why they don't payback customers remaining own money. This shows Renault company not care about customers and their goodwill in market. Ohh Sorry i forgot there is no Goodwill of Renault company in market. And the reason the they are specialist to cheat customers and the company proves this again and again.

Updated by Girish25 I have called again to Renault customer support on 31st December 2018. But again the representative said they can forward my complaint to complaint department and complaint department will call me within 24 hours. 2 days are gone but there is no respond from there side in call. Even After 26th December the company not responding here regarding my complaint. Is there a way to run business and cheated customers. Please show some respect to customer and refund my money.

Saying diplomatic answers can't resolve my issue. Company need ro do action to resolve my complaint. But unfortunately they doesn't care about customers. Iam waiting over the 2 years for my own money. Shame on u

Updated by Girish25 The dealer is closed the solan showroom. Than who takes responsibility of my money. Renault custome care executives not responded on my complaint. Company takes too much time approx 2 and half year. How much time company want to refund my own money. Shame on u bloody frauds
